When will I receive my order?

For in stock items please allow for 1 to 3 working days for processing and packing of orders. 

Items will be sent via Sendle or Australia Post. Postage times will depend on the carrier, further information can be found on their websites.  

 

If I pre-order an item and order an in stock item, when will the delivery be?

Unless otherwise organised, your full order will be shipped when your pre-order item has arrived.

 

Shipping Insurance, International Duties and Taxes

We do not cover shipping insurance, international duty or taxes (for countries outside of Australia).

Returns

We have a fair and simple returns policy. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please read our returns policy and conditions carefully to ensure you are eligible to return your purchase and receive a store credit. We are a small, mum run business, however we will go above and beyond to provide assistance. 

All orders are final, and cannot be cancelled. 

Refunds will only be permitted for major faults (we do a thorough quality check to avoid this). For all other reasons, items are only eligible for exchange via store credit. 

Timeframes for returns
Items can only be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

The item/s must be in their original condition and packaging, with all tags in place, they must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. Please take care when trying on the items - if they are soiled or marked they will not be accepted. 

FOR EXCHANGES VIA STORE CREDIT:

  2. We will email you with further instructions on how to return the item. You are responsible for return shipping costs and for ensuring that the item/s reach us safely. For this reason, please consider using a tracked service. 
  3. Once your return is delivered, please allow up to 5 business days for processing. Once processed, you will receive an email confirmation of the online credit amount. The credit amount will be the total amount paid (excluding shipping costs, this is non-refundable). 
  4. The online credit can then be used to purchase the item that you require (change of size, colour, etc). 


FOR FAULTY ITEMS:

 

  1. Send us an email to hello@littlewonderseeker.com. Please include your Order number, Description of the fault and a Picture of the fault. 
  2. We will email you with further instructions on how to return the item. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and for making sure that the item/s reach us safely. For this reason, please consider using a tracked service.
  3. Once your return is delivered please allow up to 5 business days for processing. A quality check will be undertaken. If a major fault is found, the refund will be processed. Once processed, you will receive an email confirmation of the refund amount (the original payment amount). Two options are available:

                 a. Refund - The amount paid will be credited back to your original payment method.

                 b. 110% Store Credit - If you choose 110% store credit as your refund option, we’ll email you a e-gift card for 100% of your original purchase plus a bonus 10% to use on your next purchase.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are the sandals made of?

Our huarache sandals are thoughtfully constructed using aniline leather that has been coated in a natural wax. We have chosen aniline leather for its soft and buttery feel and because it ages beautifully.  

 

Leather Care

We made these sandals for adventure, however as expected, they will show more signs of wear if exposed to excess water, oils and dirt. 

Waxed leather can be maintained using a natural beeswax polish or revitaliser cream. Avoid fully immersing in water. Do not bleach, soak, machine wash or tumble dry. 

 

How will it be packaged?

Our aim is to keep our packaging beautifully simple. Each pair of huarache sandals will be wrapped in tissue and packaged in a custom designed recyclable box - perfect for gift giving. 

 

I would like to send it as a gift, can you include a note?

What a great gift idea, we love the thought of all the memories that will be made in our huarache sandals and all the places that they will travel to. During checkout just let us know what you would like the note to say and leave the rest to us.
